Introduction
This course allows training professionals to be authorized to practice masseur and auxiliary physiotherapy in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and in particular BTE, Series I, paragraph 7, of February 22, 1997 and BTE, Series I, No. 21, of June 8, 2005.
This course aims to make the students capable to apply physiotherapy prescribed by physiatrists; perform all the techniques of physical rehabilitation massage; apply therapies that perform the knowledge of anatomy, identifying tissues, muscles, joints and bones of the human body, through the practice of palpation; recognize the signs and contraindications of massage, electrotherapy, term therapy and passive mobilization.
