Introduction

Vocational training course that allows to educate students with the skills necessary to analyze and effectively handle complaints.

This course aims to help students to be able to recognize the importance of complaints to the image of a company; identify the profiles of customers who complain and use correspondent course of action; identify the most effective behaviors for each complaint situation, in order to promote customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the company.
