Vocational training course that allows to train people with the skills necessary to analyze and effectively handle complaints.

The aim with this course, the students are able to recognize the importance of complaints to the image of a company; identify the profiles of customers who complain and which require the communication level; identify the most effective behaviors for each complaint situation, in order to promote customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the company.
